Upon reaching the new place, a pair of shady men and women are only leaving the town having a noisy, wriggling sofa . Once they see they’ve been captured, one of those goons, Folly, begins a conflict with the player. Following defeat, both individuals get away, leaving the sofa unattended. A woman emerges in the bag after some difficulty undoing the knot, and then claim to have noticed the kidnappers utilize some sort of strange looking Pokémon. The woman becomes the player’s spouse and both go to find that the Mayor to clear up things. A peculiar man bumps into the participant as he leaves the Mayor’s office, even forecasting that he will observe the participant sometime in the future. The player and spouse then put in the home as the woman proceeds to alert the Mayor of weird Pokémon which have a dark setting and strike individuals. The Mayor assures the team he will start looking into this situation, and suggests visiting the town’s Stadium. At the doorway of the Arena, a few Snagem members understand that the participant as the traitor who blew their foundation. After defeating Snagem, Nascour–the manager of Cipher–is defeated by the participant. Afterwards, it is shown that Phenac City’s mayor Es Cade is really Evice, the real supervisor of Cipher. After he is defeated, he attempts to escape; however, luckily, a Ho-Oh uses Holy Fire to stop him, saving the evening.
Even with all the true leader of Cipher under arrest, there’s still a post-ending to be completed.
